How much do your custom candles cost?

The price of our custom candles is calculated individually and is based on the cost of each component: the type of glass, painting and decorating method, fragrance, and packaging. 

Each product is carefully assembled from all these elements, so the most accurate pricing is obtained by configuring your own candle on our website or contacting us directly. This way, you can see how different options affect the price and create a candle exactly the way you imagined it

Do you offer product personalization?

Yes, absolutely – personalization is our specialty. 

We provide a full range of options so that every candle can be tailored exactly to your preferences. You can personalize the packaging, type of wax, fragrance, wick, glass painting, labeling, and even additional details. Each product is created in collaboration with reputable suppliers and glassworks from the European Union, ensuring high-quality materials and product safety. This guarantees that every candle is unique 

What wax do you use in your custom candles?

We use 100% natural soy wax in all of our custom candles. Soy wax is a paraffin-free, eco-friendly wax made from renewable resources. It burns cleaner and longer than traditional waxes, produces minimal soot, and allows for an excellent fragrance throw. Our soy wax candles are vegan, cruelty-free, and safe for indoor use, making them an ideal choice for custom, private label, and corporate candle orders.

What are the lead times for custom candles?

The lead times for our custom soy candles depend on several factors: the chosen product range, configuration, availability of all raw materials, and the current production schedule and workload. Additionally, during holiday periods, delivery times may be extended. 

The exact lead time is always confirmed when the order is finalized, ensuring that each candle is prepared exactly according to your expectations. Depending on the complexity of the order, production usually takes from 7 days up to around 21–30 business days.

Placing an order for custom candles is simple. After reviewing your request, we’ll provide a quote and production timeline. Once the design and details are approved, production begins. We keep you informed at every stage to ensure a smooth and transparent ordering process.

What is the minimum order quantity?

The minimum order quantity for our custom soy candles is 50 pieces – this starter batch is perfect for testing the product, checking personalization, or fulfilling smaller orders. 

This quantity takes into account setup costs, such as preparing molds and other initial production elements. For larger orders, for example around 300 pieces, the unit price becomes significantly more attractive, which is beneficial when planning bigger projects
